This restriction covers all accounts linked to the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, device, or payment method. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The details you will need to supply include:

• Full name as per identity card (MyKad)
• An active email address that you own and control
• A valid Malaysian mobile number
• Actual date of birth
• A strong, unique password for your KIS 999 account

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. KIS 999 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own failure to protect your login information. KIS 999 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only. Methods not listed here will not be accepted:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name. KIS 999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is received from an unrecognised source or in another person's name, KIS 999 reserves the right to freeze the relevant balance pending identity verification.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance automatically. If a deposit is not credited within 10 minutes, please contact KIS 999 customer support with proof of payment (screenshot or transaction receipt). KIS 999 will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 business hours.

KIS 999 members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the following conditions are met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50
• No active bonus balance currently in an incomplete rollover
• Full account verification has been completed (if requested)
• No security investigation or account audit is currently in progress

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KIS 999 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Account sale or transfer — Selling, buying, transferring, or lending a KIS 999 account to any other party
• Bonus abuse — Opening multiple accounts, using false identities, or colluding with other members to exploit promotions or claim bonuses fraudulently
• Money laundering — Using the KIS 999 platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal sources
