KIS 999 is more than just a name in Malaysia's online casino industry. We are a platform built from the ground up with one goal — to deliver the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable gaming experience for Malaysian players. From slots to Sports Betting, from Live Casino to blackjack, everything is in one place, with standards we never compromise on.
KIS 999 is an online entertainment and betting platform built exclusively for the Malaysian market. We launched in 2019 with one simple belief — Malaysian players deserve an online casino experience that meets international standards, yet is fully tailored to local needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
Over six years of operation, KIS 999 has grown from a small platform with a limited game selection into the go-to destination for over 250,000 registered members across Malaysia — from Perlis in the north to Sabah and Sarawak in Borneo. This trust did not come easily. It is the result of continuous investment in technology, security, game quality, and most importantly — listening and responding to what Malaysian players truly want.
The name "KIS 999" carries a simple but meaningful message. "KIS" represents our philosophy — Keep It Simple — because we believe the best entertainment experience doesn't have to be complicated. An easy-to-use platform, seamless deposit and withdrawal processes, and games accessible from any device are at the heart of what we've built. "999" refers to the highest standard — like 999 gold, we're committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of our service.
"We're not trying to be the biggest platform in the world. We're trying to be the best one for Malaysia — and that means doing everything differently, from how we process deposits to how we design the interface for smartphone users in Shah Alam, Kota Kinabalu, or Kuching."— The KIS 999 Founding Team
Six key advantages Malaysian players value at KIS 999
KIS 999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all transactions and member data. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available for added protection. All financial transactions are processed through licensed Malaysian payment channels — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX, Boost, and ShopeePay — which are strictly regulated by the relevant authorities. Your personal data is never shared with any third party without your consent.
The KIS 999 game library spans over 500 titles from more than 20 leading international providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spribe, Playtech, and more. Every game is selected based on quality, verified RNG fairness, and genuine feedback from our Malaysian player community. The collection is updated weekly with new titles.
KIS 999 processes withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, or Malaysian bank accounts within 3 to 8 minutes — among the fastest in the local market. We understand that waiting too long for your winnings is a frustrating experience. That is why fast withdrawals have been one of our core operational priorities from day one.
Over 80% of KIS 999 players game on their smartphones. That's why our platform is built from the ground up for the best experience on both iOS and Android. No app download needed — all 500+ games are playable directly in your mobile browser with fast loading even on a standard 4G connection anywhere in Malaysia.
For fans of Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF badminton, and MPL Malaysia e-sports, KIS 999 offers odds with a low book margin — meaning player return rates of up to 98% on major matches. Near real-time in-play odds updates enable more dynamic and responsive betting strategies compared to competitors.
The KIS 999 support team is available around the clock, 7 days a week via live chat, email, and WhatsApp. All our support agents are fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and understand the local context — whether it's a question about a game, a deposit issue, or bonus details. Our average live chat response time is under 2 minutes.
Providing Malaysian players with the safest, fairest, and most enjoyable online entertainment and betting platform — featuring an intuitive user experience, transparent financial processes, and a service that truly understands the needs of our local community.
To be Malaysia's number one preferred online casino entertainment platform — not because we are the biggest, but because we are the most trusted, the most responsive to player needs, and the most consistent in keeping our promises to every KIS 999 member.
Ensuring every player games responsibly, providing effective self-control tools, and keeping the entertainment experience positive and within the player's own control. Healthy play is the foundation of a healthy community.
The principles that guide every decision we make
We believe players deserve full transparency — the real RTP for every game, bonus terms that are clear with no confusing fine print, and a complete transaction history accessible at any time. No tricks, no hidden information.
All KIS 999 slots use independently verified RNG. Live Casino tables use real physical cards and trained dealers that can be monitored in real time. No outcome manipulation — every round is completely random.
Every product development decision at KIS 999 starts with the same question — does this make the experience better for Malaysian players? From game loading speeds to customer support response times, player satisfaction is the measure of our success.
KIS 999 takes problem gambling seriously. We provide daily and weekly deposit limit tools, self-exclusion options, and access to professional support resources. Responsible entertainment is not just a slogan — it is a core operating principle.
The online entertainment industry moves fast. KIS 999 is committed to staying ahead — from integrating the latest e-wallets to deploying cutting-edge streaming technology for Live Casino. We never stop evolving as long as there are ways to improve the experience for our members.
KIS 999 is built for Malaysia, not just translated for Malaysia. That means Bahasa Melayu content, support that understands local context, promotions aligned with the Malaysian calendar, and payments via the methods most commonly used by Malaysians.

One of the things we are most proud of at KIS 999 is the relationship we have built with the Malaysian player community. This is not a vendor-and-customer arrangement — it is a genuine partnership. We listen to feedback, we act on suggestions, and we acknowledge when there is room for improvement. KIS 999's growth from 2019 to today is direct proof that this approach works.
The most active Malaysian players at KIS 999 come from all walks of life. Some are passionate football fans who bet on every Malaysia Super League and EPL match with knowledge and strategy. Others prefer a quiet evening — unwinding after work with a few rounds of slots on their phone. Then there are those who take blackjack seriously, studying basic strategy charts and playing with discipline to maximise their chances using the 99.5% RTP we offer. KIS 999 is built for all of them — each with their own needs and preferences.
The KIS 999 community spans all of Malaysia — from the Klang Valley, our largest member hub, to the growing scene in Johor Bahru, George Town Penang, Kota Kinabalu Sabah, and Kuching Sarawak. We deliver the same quality experience to every member regardless of location — whether you're on Unifi in KL or a 4G connection in a small town, the KIS 999 platform is built to run smoothly.
The KIS 999 VIP Rewards Programme is our way of showing genuine appreciation to loyal members. Our tiered system — from Silver through to Diamond — unlocks greater benefits at every level, including higher cashback rates, increased betting limits, a dedicated VIP manager, and access to exclusive tables. We believe loyalty deserves to be rewarded with something truly worthwhile, not just points that go nowhere.
On the technology front, KIS 999 continuously invests in infrastructure to ensure platform stability and speed. Our servers are optimised for Malaysia, with strategically placed nodes to deliver low latency and uninterrupted Live Casino performance. During major sporting events such as the Malaysia Super League final or the Thomas Cup, thousands of players access the platform simultaneously — and we ensure performance remains consistent even during peak traffic.
KIS 999 is equally committed to meaningful innovation — not just adding features for the sake of it. Every improvement we make, whether to the user interface, payment system, or new game offerings, is driven by real usage data and direct feedback from our player community. This ensures that every update you receive genuinely enhances your experience, rather than being a purely cosmetic change.
Looking ahead, KIS 999 remains committed to being a trusted, responsible, and consistently relevant platform for Malaysian players. The industry will continue to evolve — new technology, new games, new ways to be entertained. But one thing that will never change is our commitment to the core values that have brought us this far: transparency, fairness, security, and a player experience that always comes first.
Recognition that reflects our commitment to quality and trust
KIS 999 views responsible gaming not merely as a legal obligation — it is our moral commitment to the player community that trusts this platform. We recognise that some players may experience gambling-related difficulties, and we are dedicated to providing meaningful support.
The KIS 999 platform comes equipped with a comprehensive suite of self-control tools — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that players can set themselves; self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to 6 months; and a play pattern monitoring system that flags signs of problem gambling. These tools are not buried in hard-to-find menus — they are front and centre in every member's account settings.
